Motorola Settles DTL Patent Suit

Granting patent licensing and enforcement General Patent Corp. International society has reached an agreement with Motorola disputed during a patent belonging to one of GPCI customers , licensing for digital technology.

GPCI said the patent owned by DTL is essential for wireless communications and its applications include telephones, base stations, and Bluetooth headsets. The company will not disclose the terms of regulation.

Alexander Poltorak, Chairman and Chief Executive to GPCI, said: "The agreement with Motorola follows DTL licensing and regulation deals with Nokia, Samsung, Cingular, Ericsson and LG . We are very pleased to have resolved this because friendly terms and hope licensing for the rest of the defendants in the remaining prosecutions. "
