Free Firewall Comodo Memory adds another critical layer of security for home and business PC is to monitor and prevent most types of buffer overflow attacks. Such attacks occur when a malicious program or script-mail addresses of more data in memory buffer than can be saved. The goal for most of the attacks is to destabilize the system then install malicious software on the computer of the victim in order to be able to make a series of attacks, such as identity theft and data.

The product is intended for administrators and desktop users to protect their systems and identify suspicious code executions in the stack or heap sections of memory.

Comodo Firewall Memory detects the following types of attacks:

* Detection buffer overflows occurring in the memory stack
* Detection buffer overflows occurring in the memory heap,
* Detection ret2libc attack,
* Detection of injured / bad SEH Chains
