I am sorry, I could not think of a title which convey the vividness of a new test program Audi unveiled only in Germany.
The company - in partnership with local government - has equipped nearly 50 fires sensors that relay information to specially equipped cars to - wait for it - say at what speed drivers to drive to take a green light!

The pilot program is being tested in Audi's home town of Ingolstadt , and alerted the driver is just a function. More importantly, the network of "smart" traffic adapts to changing traffic to provide optimal light to pass.
With less downtime, cars consume less gas . Less gas used, less pollution, less money spent at the pump, and so on. This is good news all around. Now, if we can get Cars.com resettle in Ingolstadt, Germany…
