2010 Camaro Navigation: Turn-by-Turn Until December 2009

The second thing I thought after seeing the 2010 Camaro official of the Interior was "where are they going to bring the navigation?"

It turns out that the first Camaros to go on sale will not be available at all, even as an option. Instead, GM will use turn-by-turn directions, which are downloaded to the car via OnStar and are part of a monthly package owners must pay.

A traditional navigation system will be offered for the Camaro from December 2009. The Camaro is on sale in early 2009, there will be many months - and probably thousands of Camaros on the road - before it becomes an option.

With the incredible growth in the market for portable navigation , and the fact that it is a Camaro, I do not think that many buyers feel really limited by the absence of a unit NAV. In addition, the display and stereo controls look fantastic (check below). By the way, that was my first thought when I saw the inside finished.
